To order glasses with prescription lenses, all we need is your current prescription, which states your lens power (Sphere, SPH or RX), pupillary distance (PD or far PD) and if applicable, the degree of astigmatism (Cylinder or CYL) and angle of astigmatism (AXI or AXIS). If you would like to order reading or varifocal glasses, then we also need your reading addition (ADD).
If you don't have a current prescription, you can do an eye test at one of our stores or at a local optician. After receiving an eye test from your local optician, don’t forget to request a copy of your prescription to bring home with you. Your prescription document should be no older than two years old. Additionally, for customers who are under the age of 16, the prescription must be signed by a GOC registered optometrist.
It is also possible to place your order and send us your prescription details later. We will then reserve the frames for you and start producing your glasses as soon as we have all your details complete.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
