If you are not completely happy with the frame that you received and would like to exchange it for another frame or a different colour, you can contact our customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +44 (0)20 351 422 72 (Mon-Thu. 8:00–18:00, Fri. 8:00–17:00, Sat. 11:00–16:00) within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will send you a return label so that you can send back your current frames to us free of charge.
Once we have received your current frames, we will send you your new pair. This way, you do not need to place a new order or make another payment. Please note that Ace & Tate does not cover the return costs from Italy, Portugal, Finland, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic. You can also always exchange or return your glasses in one of our stores.
